Returns and Exchanges

If you change your mind about your purchase, items can be returned for a refund or exchange with in 28 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

When returning items, please ask for a receipt at your post office as this will act as your proof of postage.

- We are unable to offer refunds on pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons

- The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
